At BellaRosa Organic, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality organic skincare products. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest hygiene standards, we have a strict no return and no refund policy.

No Returns

- We do not accept returns on any of our products.
- All sales are final.

Damaged Products

- BellaRosa Organic is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been released from our studio.
- We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, once the products leave our studio, we are not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

- BellaRosa Organic is not liable for any loss or damage of shipments once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
- We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if you have any issues with a lost or damaged shipment.
