BellaRosa Organic Shipping Policy

At BellaRosa Organic, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy for detailed information on how we handle shipping.

Shipping Schedule

  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped everyday as soon as they have been processed 
  • - Processing Time: Processing orders takes between 1–5 business days. (Depends on stock availability & other factors such as high volume time of the month or sale)

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to ship our orders:
- The Courier Guy

- Skynet

- RAM

- FASTWAY

- Internet Express


Important Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of full payment confirmation.

Once your parcel has been dispatched (collected from the BellaRosa Organic Studio), delivery takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier company used.

Please note:

Delivery timelines vary by courier and may take longer for outlying or high-risk areas, where couriers may only deliver on selected days.

BellaRosa Organic is not an extension of the courier companies.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, lack of communication, or changes in routing once the parcel has left our premises. These are fully dependent on the operations of the respective courier service.

As such, no refunds, exchanges, or compensation of any kind will be issued due to delays or delivery issues caused by third-party couriers.

 

  • No Meet-ups: We do not offer meet-ups for order pickups.
    - Returned Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or other delivery issues, the client is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the parcel.
    - Tracking: Clients are responsible for tracking their parcels using the provided waybill or tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
    - Courier Issues: Clients are responsible for liaising with the courier company directly should any issues arise with the shipment
  • Collections are only by appointment 
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage of the parcel especially if we have taken measures to protect and prevent damage such as breaking or leaking. In the rare event of broken or damaged products due to inappropriate packaging or lack of bubble wrap, a new order will be sent at no charge to client
